Terms of Use for Azanah Support

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Azanah Support (“Azanah”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. These Terms govern your use of Azanah's technical support services, including remote support and in-store services, as well as any other services provided to business customers.
2. Modifications to Terms
Azanah reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting or providing notice to users. Continued use of the services after the changes have been posted or communicated signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
3. Description of Services
Azanah provides general IT and technical troubleshooting, software installation, hardware diagnosis, remote support, and in-store technical support. These services are available to both individual and business customers globally, including in Nigeria, the U.S., the U.K., and Canada.
4. Remote Services
Azanah may offer remote technician services to customers. By using these services, you authorize Azanah, its employees, and contractors to access and control your device for diagnosis, service, and repair. Remote services include the installation and use of software and the collection of system data to resolve issues. Azanah will take commercially reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues but does not guarantee the outcome of all services.
You agree that Azanah will not be liable for any loss or harm resulting from the use of remote services. You are solely responsible for backing up your data before requesting support. Azanah does not provide backup services as part of its remote support.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the services provided by Azanah in a lawful manner. You are responsible for ensuring that any data, software, or equipment provided for Azanah's services are licensed, properly functioning, and free of viruses or other harmful elements.
6. Payment Terms
You agree to pay the fees for Azanah's services as outlined in documentation provided by Azanah or posted on its website. Fees are subject to change at Azanah’s sole discretion.
Payment Method: You authorize Azanah’s third-party payment processor to charge your credit card for all amounts due. You must maintain current credit card information at all times.
Payment Obligations: You agree to pay all charges incurred, including any applicable taxes and fees.
Late Fees: If fees cannot be processed due to issues with your payment method, Azanah reserves the right to charge late fees and interest on overdue amounts.
7. Warranties Disclaimer
Azanah provides services on an 'as-is' basis without any warranties, express or implied. This includes but is not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Azanah does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free services or specific results.
8. Intellectual Property
Azanah retains ownership of all intellectual property related to its proprietary tools, software, and processes used to deliver services. Customers retain ownership of any data or intellectual property provided to Azanah in connection with services.
9. Confidentiality
Azanah is committed to protecting the confidentiality of customer data. Azanah implements reasonable security measures to safeguard customer information. Customer data will be used solely for the purposes of delivering services and as required by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Azanah harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the services or your breach of these Terms of Use.
11. Third-Party Links
Azanah may provide links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience only, and Azanah does not endorse or have control over the content on such websites. Azanah is not responsible for any damages arising from your use of third-party services.
12. Limitation of Liability
Azanah's liability for damages is limited to the total amount paid for the services in question. Azanah will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
13. Termination
You may terminate the use of Azanah's services at any time. Azanah reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services with notice if you breach this agreement, fail to meet payment obligations, or use the services in a way that risks harm to Azanah or others. In cases of severe breach or legal obligations, Azanah may terminate services immediately without prior notice.
14. Claims of Copyright Infringement
Azanah takes claims of copyright infringement seriously. If you believe materials hosted by Azanah infringe on your copyright, you may submit a notice in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to request removal.
The DMCA Notice must include the required information as outlined in this agreement.
An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
Identification of the copyrighted work.
A description of where the infringing material is located.
Your contact information.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate.

15. Severability
If any part of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Azanah and supersede all prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether oral or written.
17. Governing Law
These Terms of Use will be governed by the laws of Lagos State, Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to binding arbitration, or resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
18. What You Promise to Us
You confirm that:

• You are at least eighteen years old and have the authority to enter into legally binding agreements.
• If using Azanah’s products or services for a minor, you actively supervise their usage and remain responsible for any such use.
• You agree not to misuse Azanah's services, and to follow legal and ethical guidelines in doing so.
• You will also cooperate with Azanah’s technicians for troubleshooting or service requests.

19. Privacy and Security
Azanah will treat your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which may be updated from time to time. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and ensuring that your passwords are not shared with unauthorized parties. Azanah may temporarily use your password for support but is not responsible for recovering lost passwords or encryption keys.
